PRINCIPLES OF ACTION

Innovation means systematically transforming ideas into tangible value for customers, society, and the organization itself. To this end, the following guiding principles have been established:

Involvement of each member of staff in the Quality challenge, so that they all take on a sincere personal commitment to customer service.

Development of the mentality of continuous improvement at all levels of the organisation, excluding conformism, lack of rigour and other attitudes which represent a barrier to this principle.

The starting-point is always an understanding of the customers’ real expectations when it comes to designing and supplying products and services.

To involve all its stakeholders (employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers and society in general) in the joint search for useful solutions to the challenge of conservation and development of the environment and the sustainable use of natural resources.

Manage water resources responsibly and efficiently, taking into account the entire water cycle, favouring social development and the conservation of ecosystems.

Promoting the protection, conservation and sustainable use of the natural environment (air, water, soil, fauna, flora and landscape) by adopting specific preventive, palliative and compensatory actions aimed at preventing or restoring areas that may be affected by the Group's activities.

Incorporate the environmental dimension into investment decision-making processes and into the planning and implementation of activities, encouraging its consideration in cost-benefit analyses.
